Our Role
We provide coaching, venture development and commissioned programmes that help organisations turn their ambitions into practical action.
Our work connects the development of people with the development of their organisations. Stronger leadership and viable income models give ventures a better foundation for sustaining their impact.
Derby is the main focus of our work but we also welcome organisational commissions from anywhere, where our experience and approach can make a useful contribution.
