Creating Changemakers is an innovative, human-centred development programme that equips staff and community leaders to not just deliver change, but to lead it, enable it, and sustain it.

By blending coaching approaches with entrepreneurial leadership and innovation tools, participants learn how to unlock the potential in others — colleagues, residents, partners, and wider community networks.


They leave not only with new skills, but with a mindset:
the mindset of a Changemaker.


What is a Changemaker?


A Changemaker is an entrepreneurial leader who can:


  • Spot opportunities others may miss
  • Engage and motivate people around them
  • Support others to grow their confidence and capability
  • Innovate in real-world, pressured environments
  • Lead change with communities, not for them
     

This person is rooted in coaching, empathy, and practical problem-solving — able to empower others to take ownership, build solutions, and create momentum from within.

In organisations where staff are stretched, expectations are high, and impact must be delivered through relationships, Changemakers are essential.


They are the catalysts who turn strategy into reality.
